When you visit our website or contact us, the following categories of personal data may be processed:
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK — namely, where processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, where it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation, and where processing is necessary for the data controller's legitimate interests provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms — and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent.
Your personal data may be transferred, strictly limited to the purposes listed above, to our hosting and IT service providers, to competent public institutions and organizations, and to advisors engaged in connection with legal proceedings, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data is never sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purposes of processing, subject to the statutory limitation periods set out in applicable legislation, and is deleted, destroyed or anonymized at the end of that period.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, domestically or abroad; request correction if your data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; request deletion or destruction of your data; request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred; object to a result that arises to your detriment through the exclusive analysis of your data by automated systems; and request compensation for any damage arising from unlawful processing.
You may submit requests relating to your rights, together with documents verifying your identity, by email to [email protected] or in writing to the address above. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK.
